导管碘化扩张灌注治疗儿童复发性腮腺肿胀34例

摘　　要：目的:观察40%碘化油经导管扩张灌注治疗儿童复发性腮腺肿胀临床疗效。方法:40%碘化油经腮腺导管扩张灌注,根据临床症状变化渐进重复,如必要时于第2、4周分别再灌注一次。结果:经6～12个月随访,34例中治愈21例,有效9例,无效4例。结论:该方法针对儿童复发性腮腺肿胀的特点,具有相对彻底性、功能保留性、非破坏性等优点,是一种首选的治疗方法。Objective ：To investigate the curative effect of 40% iodized oils for recurrent swelling of parotid gland of childhood. Methods：Thirty-four children with recurrent swelling of parotid gland were treated with expansive perfusion 40% iodized oils. Pretreatment evaluation and assessment of the treatment effect were performed with clinical and imaging methods. If necessary, the treatment repeated after 2 and 4 weeks. Results：All patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year and the therapeutic effects were evaluated. In this group 21 patients were cured,9 turned better and 4 did not change. Conclusions：This method can treat children with recurrent swelling of parotid gland thoroughly without destructiveness. It is the first choice of treatment.
