摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫颈癌患者放射治疗后性生活质量变化及影响因素。方法:自行设计性生活质量调查表,对50例子宫颈癌患者放射治疗后疾病及其治疗对性生活质量的影响进行调查。结果:子宫颈癌患者放疗后性生活质量较差,性生活质量与年龄、文化程度有一定关系(P<0.05)。结论:子宫颈癌放疗患者性生活质量较差,与生殖器官放射损伤和患者心理因素有关。Objective： To explore quality of sexual life and correlative factors of cervical cancer （CC） patients who received radiotherapy. Methods： Questionnaires of self-designed was investigated in 50 patients with CC, and to assess the effects of diseases and therapy on quality of sexual life. Results： Quality of sexual life of CC patients who received radiotherapy seemed to be dissatisfied, Culture degree and age of patients were related with quality of sexual life（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Patients who received radiotherapy have the lower quality of sexual life, It was related with radiation injury of genitals and psychology factors.
