摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌骨转移对造血功能的影响。方法对2000年1月～2006年6月收治的46例前列腺癌骨转移患者行血常规及骨髓穿刺细胞学检查。结果前列腺癌骨转移患者中有32例血红蛋白低于正常，占69．6％，其中中度贫血12例，占37．5％。血小板减少9例，占19．6％，其中血小板计数低于50×10^9／L4例。血象三系减少2例，血红蛋白和血小板减少7例。46例患者中行骨髓穿刺细胞学检查12例，8例在骨髓涂片中发现大量肿瘤细胞，骨髓“干抽”1例。结论前列腺癌骨转移严重影响患者的造血功能，应引起临床医师的足够重视，并给予相应的治疗。Objective To investigate the influence of prostatic carcinoma osseous metastasis on the haematogenesis function. Methods From January 2000 to June 2006, blood routine and bone marrow aspiration cytological examination had been done in 46 patients with prostatic carcinoma osseous metastasis. Resuits There were 69.6%（32/46） patients with anemia,in which there were 37.5%（12/32） midrange anemia. 19.6% （9/46） patients were thrombocytopenia, including 4 cases with the number of thrombooyte lower than 50×10^9/L. Complete blood cell reduced in 2 cases. Both hemoglobin （Hb） and thrombocyte reduced in 7 cases. Twelve of 46 patients accepted bone marrow aspiration cytological examination, great quantity tumor cells were found in the film preparations of 8 cases. Marrow ＂dry-draw＂ （marrow couldn＇t be got when bone marrow aspiration being done）took place in 1 case. Conclusion There is great influence of prostatic carcinoma osseous metastasis on the haematogenesis function. Urologist should pay attention to this issue and give appropriate management to patients.
