摘　　要：凋亡抑制蛋白能够抑制细胞凋亡,与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关。Livin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族最新的成员,在大多数正常成人组织中不表达,而在一些肿瘤组织中高表达。近年来,以Livin为靶点的基因治疗策略倍受关注,成为肿瘤治疗的新热点,为肿瘤治疗提供了新的研究方向。Inhibitor of apoptosis protein, which correlate with the origination and progress of turner, can inhibit apoptosis of cell. Livin is the newest member of lAP and do not express in the most normal adult tissue,but express more in some turner tissue. Recently,the strategy of gene therapy which target to Livin has been a hot spot in treatment of tumer,and provide a new aspect of research.
