摘　　要：Caspase是一类半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶家族,该家族是执行细胞凋亡的主要酶类,近年来的研究发现,细胞凋亡的机制在病理性瘢痕的形成和发展中具有很重要的意义,本文就caspase引起的细胞凋亡与病理性瘢痕的关系研究新进展简要综述。Caspase is a kind of cystine-containing aspartate-specific protease family which are the principal biocatalyst in executing cell apoptosis. Recent studies suggest that the mechanism of cell apoptosis has important significance in the genesis and development of pathological scar. The article make a review about the advancement of the relationship between the cell apoptosis evoked by caspase and the pathological scar.
