摘　　要：诱骗受体3(DcR3)是一种新近发现的肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员。DcR3的高表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度相关,DcR3有可能成为一种全新的肿瘤标志物,可为肿瘤的诊断、治疗、疗效观察和预后判断提供一种新的思路,现就DcR3与肿瘤的发生机制及与恶性胶质瘤的相关性的研究进行综述。DcR3 is the latest identified member of the TNFR superfamily. The overexpression of DcR3 is related to the malignant extent of the glioma and DcR3 maybe e the firenew tumor maker which will provide a new idea for the diagnosis, therapy, effective observation and prognostic judgement. This article reviews DcR3 of the mechanism with tumor as well as its dependablity with malignant glioma.
