摘　　要：Elf-1(E74-like factor 1)是Ets转录因子家族的一员,参与发生过程、细胞有丝分裂原的激活、癌发生以及病毒基因激活等。已有研究报道Elf-1在前列腺癌、子宫内膜癌中过度表达,且Elf-1的表达与这些肿瘤的恶性潜能有关。其在肿瘤浸润转移中的作用主要是与基质金属蛋白酶等的转录激活有关。Elf-1 is one of members in Ets transcription factor family,which participated in genesis process,activation of cellmitogen,carcinogenesis and activation of virogene.Some researches reported that Elf-1 has over expression in prostatic carcinoma and endometrial cancer,furthermore,the expression of Elf-1 is closely related to the malignant potential of these tumors,its effect in tumor invasion and metastasis is mainly related to transcriptional activation of matrix metalloproteinase and so on.
