摘　　要：从语言规划的历史发展进程,中西方语言资源观的历史演变及其对语言规划的影响来看,语言资源观是一种重要的语言规划观念。作为“十一五”期间国家语委强调的重要概念之一——“语言资源”概念的提出,必将促进我国的语言规划工作的深入发展。Language-as-resource orientation is an important ideology, as it can be seen from its historical evolution and its influence on language planning and the historical development of language planning as well. Language-as-resource, as an important concept during the period of the ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ Is stressed by the State Language Commission, which will promote the development of language planning in China.
