摘　　要：现代远程高等教育打破了传统高等教育的办学模式,给农村创造了接受高等教育的均等机会,满足了农村广大适龄青年接受高等教育的愿望。本文根据现代远程高等教育的特点,结合我国农村边远地区的现实,提出了建立适合我国农村和少数民族边远地区远程高等教育模式的思路、运行方式以及教学模式达到预期目的所需要的基础保证。Modern Distance Education has broken up the traditional schooling mode of higher education, providing equal opportunity for rural and ethnic people to receive higher education. This article, based on the features of modern distance education and the reality in China's remote rural and ethnic regions, puts forward some thoughts and operational methods for a suitable modern distance education teaching mode there, as well as some basic requirements for this mode to function well and achieve set goals.
