摘　　要：随着开放教育的深入开展,利用网络进行教与学已经成为电大远程教育的重要教学形式和手段,教与学形式的变化和革新随之带来的是管理职能的改善与变革。与网上教学的发展同步,中央电大对网上教学的管理经历了三个发展阶段,并在网上教学的“全过程”管理、系统运行的管理模式和运用技术手段提高管理的科学性三个方面进行了探索和创新。With the spreading of open education, online teaching and learning has become an important means of teaching for TVUs. Such changes have caused changes and reforms in TVU's management function. The Central TVU has experienced three stages of teaching management, and some innovations have been made in the management of the whole online teaching process, the management mode for system operation and the promotion of management through technological means.
