摘 要:在超声自动检测系统中,电机驱动器会对系统产生强烈的电磁干扰,尽管采用硬件抑制措施后,检测信号中仍含有部分噪声。从软件滤波的角度分析超声自动检测系统中的电机干扰问题,比较了MSMA042A1H交流伺服电机和110BF003步进电机对超声检测信号的影响,统计了不同类型干扰出现的概率,分析了干扰的时频域特性,并提出相应的滤波方法,为超声自动检测系统电机的选型提供了依据。In the automatic ultrasonic testing system, strong electromagnetic interference is caused by the motor drivers. After hardware-based suppressive methods have been taken, some noises are still induced in the testing signals. The motor interferences were analyzed on the testing system through the signal filtering processing based on software. The influences on ultrasonic testing signals produced by MSMA042A1H AC Scrvo motor and 110BF003 Stepping motor were compared. After the probabilities of different interferences were calculated and the interference characteristics in time and frequency domains were analyzed, corresponding filter processing methods were brought forward, which provided a gist of motor selection for the ultrasonic automatic testing system.
