摘　　要：文章论述了信息技术在我国企业管理中的特点和作用,提出了信息技术在我国企业管理中应用的若干建议和应用措施。通过信息技术的创新带动企业管理的创新,把信息技术转化为生产力,形成收益,充分发挥信息技术在我国企业管理中的放大、增值功效,树立企业的竞争优势。This paper has discussed characteristics and functions of information technology application in China＇s enterprises,it has proposed some suggestions and application methods on the information technology applicationi nC hina＇se nterprises.T hrought hei nnovation of information technology, we will be able to bring along the innovation of enterprise management, to convert information technology into productive forces and to achieve benefits, to bring the magnifying and value-adding functions of information technology in the China＇s enterprise management into full play and to build up the competive edge of the enterprises.
