摘  要:采用聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和重质碳酸钙对HDPE薄膜进行改性,研究了POE和重质碳酸钙的用量对共混体系薄膜力学性能、流变性能的影响。结果表明,POE的加入,使HDPE/POE薄膜的单位落镖冲击破损质量增加,而拉伸强度则有所下降。当POE的质量分数为10%时,薄膜的单位落镖冲击破损质量提高了51.1%,但薄膜的拉伸强度下降了20.5%。在HDPE/POE/CaCO_3体系中,当POE、重质碳酸钙的质量分数分别为10%和5%时,薄膜的单位落镖冲击强度比纯HDPE提高95.6%,且拉伸强度不降低。The HDPE film was modified by the addition of POE and CaCO3 to improving its puncture strength. The effects of the mass contents of POE and CaCO3 on the mechanical properties and rheological properties of the blend were studied. The results indicated the addition of POE made the puncture strength of HDPE/POE film increased, while the tensile strength of the blend decreased. When the mass fraction of POE was 10 % in the HDPE/POE film, the puncture strength of the film increased by 51.1%, while the tensile strength decreased by 20. 5%. When the mass fractions of POE and CaCO3 were 10% and 5% respectively in the system of HDPE/ POE/CaCO3, the puncture strength of the blend was 95.6% higher than that of pure HDPE, and the tensile strength of the blend did not decrease.
