摘 要:通过应用美国Millipore切向流超滤系统,将见聚油井产出聚丙烯酰胺溶液提纯浓缩后分析其质量浓度,进而准确分析见聚油井产出聚丙烯酰胺分子量和水解度,并与注入聚丙烯酰胺分子量和水解度进行对比研究。研究结果表明,与注入聚丙烯酰胺相比,见聚油井产出聚丙烯酰胺的分子量明显降低,水解度则显著增加,变化差异与聚丙烯酰胺的注入情况、油藏条件、渗流条件、井距及停留时间等密切相关。这对深入了解聚合物驱的作用机理及聚合物驱后进一步提高采收率具有理论意义和实用价值。Polyacrylamide samples in the waterfloods from different oil wells have been purified and concentrated by employing ultra filtration technology using the Millipore tangential stream system. The mass concentration was subsequently measured and the changes in relative molecular mass and degree of hydrolysis of polyacrylamide during polymer flooding of the oil wells were accurately determined. The results showed that relative molecular mass of the released polyacrylamide was significantly lower than that of the injected material, and the degree of hydrolysis was significantly higher. The magnitude of the changes depends on a number of factors, including the injection process, reservoir conditions, flow conditions, well spacing, and residual time. The results obtained here add to our understanding of the theory and practice of the polymer flooding process.
