摘　　要：宗族文化在我国有悠久的历史,并以其独有的方式对村民的日常生活产生影响。强情理性、弱法理性是宗族文化的二重性。正确认识宗族文化的二重性在不同领域的表现,并对宗族文化的二重性进行调适使之朝着有利于社会主义新农村建设的方向发展,具有非常重要的意义。The Clanism culture in China, with great influence on villagers＇ daily lives in its particular way, has a long developmental history. The quality of being strong in sensation and weak in law are the duality of the Clanism culture; so it is of great importance to view the performance of its duality in different domains and to accommodate this duality to the good of the construction of new socialist countryside.
