摘  要:采用接触式CMM测量设备和激光扫描设备相结合的方法,对玻壳模具的自由曲面进行了数字化测量。用Surfa-cer反求软件分析了测量数据由点生成线再生成曲面的处理方法,利用各种曲面编辑操作重构了复杂曲面模型,并经CAM模块处理后可由加工中心生成玻壳模具实体。本文在介绍逆向工程原理和方法的基础上,用显像管玻壳模具实例验证了该方法的可行性,满足了模具实体的设计需要,并缩短了产品的开发周期和开发费用。Combined with CMM and laser measuring device, the surface of glassbulb was measured. The processing method was addressed from point cloud to curve surface by Surfacer software and the complex surfaces were constructed by means of surface editing and modification operation, the mould was manufactured on machining center after CAM code was generated by CAD /CAM software. The validation of this method was verified by example and the principle was introduced. It meets the requirement of the design of mould, and shortens the developing time and improves the quality of parts.
