摘 要:采用纤维素酶在纯棉色织物柔软整理前进行预处理。对纤维素酶处理的浓度、温度、时间、pH值作单因素试验,测试织物弯曲刚度和弯曲滞后矩,并以此作为柔软效果的评价指标;分析`酶处理对织物断裂强力、断裂伸长率及吸湿性能的影响。结果表明,采用纤维素酶(10000U/g)浓度2.5%(owf)、pH值4.5、浴比1∶20,在40℃下处理织物60min,能明显提高织物的柔软整理效果,对织物的其它物理机械性能也有一定程度的改善。Cettutase was applied to pretreat cotton yarn-dyed fabric in super soft finish. By single-factor experiment of cettutase treatment with concentration, temperature, treating time and pH value, the bending rigidity and the bending hysteretic mo- ment were tested to evaluate the soft effect. Influence of cettutase treatment on breaking tenacity, breaking elongation rate and wettabitity of fabric was analyzed, tt was shown that celtutase pretreatment conferred better pliancy to fabric and other physical performances were also improved, under the condition of cettutase concentration 2.5 % ( owf), pH value 4.5,liquor ratio 1:20, treating at 40 ℃ for 60 min.
