摘　　要：目的 了解临床护士亚健康状况，探索影响护士亚健康的相关因素，提出维护健康的措施。方法 采用亚健康筛选表及工作压力源量表对108名综合医院临床护士进行调查分析。结果 综合医院护士亚健康发生率为57％；护士压力源情况：亚健康者平均工作压力总分为42．1分，健康者为22．6分，2者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。护士亚健康状况与工作压力呈正相关。结论 综合医院护士亚健康状况不容忽视，应加强综合医院临床护士身心健康的维护，以保证护理质量。Objective In order to know the sub-health conditions of nurses and make out counter measures. Methods Interviewed 108 clinical nurses by Delphis Filtration Scale and Working Pressure Scale. Results The incidence rate of sub-health among nurses was 57%. Means of markes of working pressure of sub-healthly nurses was 42.1, while the means of healthy nurse was 22.6, the difference between them was significant,P〈0.01. There was a positive correlation between the working pressure and sub-health condition among nurses. Conclusions The sub-health condition of nurses in general hospital should not be ignored ,and maintaining the physical and psychological health of nurses should be strengthened, and then improve the nursing quality.
