摘 要:目的:总结超声技术在干细胞移植治疗心脏疾病中的应用,探讨其监测评估价值。资料来源:应用计算机检索Pubmed 1994/2006与超声技术评估干细胞心脏移植及相关心脏组织学内容的文章,检索词为“echocardiography,stem cell transplantation,Doppler tissue image,Tie index,integral ultrasonic backscattering,three-dimension ultrasonic imaging”,限定文献语种为“English”;同时检索中国期刊全文数据库2000/2007相关文章,检索词为“超声心动图,干细胞移植,组织多普勒,Tie指数,超声背向散射积分,三维超声成像”,限定文献语种为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择超声评估干细胞心脏移植及相关心脏组织学内容的文章,无论观察对象是人或动物,有无对照组均纳入,进一步查找全文,排除重复性研究、陈旧性文献和关联价值不大的文献22篇,重复文献选择近期且发表在较权威杂志者。资料提炼:共检索到相关文献52篇,按以上要求最后纳入30篇文献进行综述。其中13篇论述常规超声心动图在干细胞心脏移植基础和临床研究中的应用,9篇介绍多普勒超声成像衍生的新技术和指标在干细胞心脏移植中的应用,剩余文章介绍超声组织定征和三维超声心动图的应用。资料综合:目前应用于干细胞心脏移植效果评价的超声技术和方法有M型超声、型超声、频谱多普勒、彩色多普勒、心脏造B影、组织多普勒、Tie指数、超声背向散射积分、实时三维超声,其中B型超声和多普勒超声应用较多。超声评价干细胞心脏移植效果的指标多样,可综合应用,且具有具有无创、简便、可重复性操作等优点。结论:近年来新技术的开发和使用进展很快,且各种技术方法之间互为补充,克服不足。随着实时三维超声技术的进一步开发利用,并各种诊断技术指标的综合运用,超声心动图将为干细胞心脏移植提供更客观的评价指标。OBJECTIVE: To summarize the utilization of ultrasound techniques in stem cell transplantation for heart diseases and explore the monitoring evaluation. DATA SOURCES: Pubmed database was undertaken to identify the relevant articles on stem cell heart transplantation and heart histology by ultrasound techniques from 1994 to 2006 with the key words of “echocardiography, stem cell transplantation, Doppler tissue image, Tie index, integral ultrasonic backscattering, three-dimension ultrasonic imaging” in English. Simultaneously, China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) was searched for relevant articles published from 2000 to 2007 with the key words of “echocardiography, stem cell transplantation, Doppler tissue image, Tie index, integral ultrasonic backscattering, three-dimension ultrasonic imaging” in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The data were checked primarily. The relevant articles on stem cell heart transplantation and heart histology by ultrasound techniques were selected, no matter on human or animal, with control group or not. Full-texts were searched further. Twenty-two articles with repetitive study and old or unrelated content were excluded, and repetitive literatures those published in authorized journals latest were included. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 52 relevant articles were retrieved, and 30 articles were involved. Of them, 13 articles were on the utilization of ultrasound techniques in basic and clinical researches of stem cell heart transplantation, 9 on the utilization of new technology and index of Doppler tissue image in stem cell heart transplantation, and others on utilization of ultrasound tissue characterization and three-dimension ultrasonic imaging. DATA SYNTHESIS: At present, ultrasound technology and method used in stem cell heart transplantation include M ultrasound, B ultrasound, spectral Doppler, color Doppler, heart visualization, Doppler tissue image, Tie index, integral ultrasonic backscattering and real-time three-dimension ultrasonic imaging, of which B ultrasound
