直肠癌中β-catenin和survivin的表达意义及其相互关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨直肠癌中β-catenin和survivin的表达意义及相互关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测60例直肠组织和20例癌旁正常粘膜组织中β-catenin和survivin的表达。结果:在20例正常组织中β-catenin均呈正常表达,survivin均呈阴性表达。直肠癌中β-catenin的异常表达率为66.7%,survivin的阳性表达率为61.7%。β-catenin的异常表达与性别、年龄、直肠癌的分化程度、5年生存率无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.01)。survivin的表达与性别、年龄、直肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),与五年生存率显著相关(P<0.05),β-catenin的异常表达与survivin的表达在直肠癌中有显著的正相关性(P<0.01,r=0.388)。结论:β-catenin异常表达可能是sur-vivin激活的原因之一,并且在直肠癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。Objective： To evaluate the expression of β-catenin and survivin in rectal carcinoma and to determine if there is a correlation between the two. Methods： The expression levels of β- catenin and survivin were detected in 60 cases with rectal carcinoma and 20 cases with normal paraneoplastic rectal mucous tissues using immunohistochemistry. Results： β-catenin was positively expressed in the 20 normal cases while survivin was not expressed. In the rectal carcinoma tissues, the expression rate of survivin was 61.7%, and the expression rate of β-catenin was 66.7%. The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin did not correlate with gender, age, histological differentiation or 5-year survival rate （P〉0.05）, but it correlated with lymph node metastasis （P〈0.01）. Positive expression of survivin did not have a correlation with gender, age, histological differentiation or lymph node metastasis （P〉0.05）, but it did correlate with the 5-year survival rate （P〈0.05）. The abnormal expression of β-catenin and the positive expression of survivin had a significant positive correlation in rectal carcinoma （P〈0.01, r= 0.388）. Conclusion： Abnormal expression of β-catenin may activate the expression of survivin, which plays an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of rectal carcinoma.
