摘　　要：辩诉交易存在于许多国家,而且事实表明,辩诉交易是一项非常有用的诉讼程序。在我国现行条件下,引入辩论交易程序,建立中国式辩论交易是符合中国国情的,也是可行的、必要的。The plea bargaining is developing in some nations and this procedure is very useful. This part discttss the developing tendency to the plea bargaining, the rationality establishing of plea bargaining and analyses the system of the plea bargaining while producing the author＇ s own proposals.
