摘　　要：科技创新人才分为科学创新人才与技术创新人才,两种创新人才应该由不同学位类型的培养模式分别培养。科学创新人才应该主要由科学学位研究生教育培养,技术创新人才应该主要由专业学位研究生教育培养。基于我国现有科技创新人才的现状,我国应该进一步发展专业学位研究生教育。Scientific and technical innovators are composed of scientific innovators and technical innovators. The two types of innovators should be cultivated by different types of modes of cultivation. Scientific innovators should be cultivated mainly by graduate- student education of science degree. Technical innovators cultivated should be mainly by graduate - student education of technology degree. Based on the actuality of scientific and technical innovators in Chitin,graduate- student education of technology degree should be faster developed.
