摘　　要：制约机制是教育管理机制的重要组成部分,促进社会组织中的各个组成部分或各管理环节相互作用、合理制约,从而使系统中有形要素或无形要素按照其内在规律在运动中相互联系、相互结合形成特定功能,促进教育管理的健康发展。The check and supervision tactful is an important part to the education management mechanism, promoting each one within social organization constitute or each management link interactions, reasonable check and supervisions system in the visible main factor or invisible main factors contact mutually in the sport according to its inside regulation, combining the particular function mutually thus promotes healthy development of education management .
