摘　　要：首先探讨有关知识生态学的国内外研究情况,包括知识生态学的含义、学科性质及其主要研究内容。其次给出本文研究的内容,认为知识生态学是借用生态学特别是生态哲学、人类生态学的观点、理论和方法,探讨知识与环境相互关系,也就是研究知识工作者、知识型组织与环境的相互关系的科学。由此重点研究:知识工作者生态学、知识型组织生态学、知识生态系统生态学,以及与它们相互关联的知识环境。最后是知识生态学研究及应用的展望。This paper firstly describes the present situation of the researches on knowledge ecology both at home and abroad, including the definition, the character of the discipline, and the main scope of the research. Then, it gives the outline of the research. The paper believes that knowledge ecology probes into the correlations between knowledge and environment by the use of the viewpoint, theory and method of ecology, in particular, the philosophy of ecology and the ecology of the mankind. In another word, it＇ s a science of studying the correlations between knowledge worker and knowledge-intensive organization on the one side and the environment on the other. Therefore, knowledge ecology focuses on the ecology of knowledge worker, the ecology of the knowledge-intensive organization, the ecology of knowledge ecosystem, and the correlated knowledge environment. Finally, the study and application of knowledge ecology is predicted.
