摘　　要：对国内外饭店业规模经营现状及规模经营管理模式进行比较分析,其数据展示了国内外单体酒店和饭店集团在规模上存在着巨大差距。生产要素条件、需求条件、企业战略与竞争因素、相关性产业和政府及体制等是影响非显著规模经济性酒店业规模经营的主要因素。With the comparative study on the scale management modes setween Chinese and foreign hotels, the paper finds that in China there still exist the large gaps of scale for whaterer single hotel or hotel groups. It conculdes that the reasons for the scale operation of non- remarkable economic hotel industries include such as follows： productivity, demand, corporate strategy and competition, relative industries, governmental regulation, etc.
