摘　　要：提出应用粗糙集理论相关知识来解决机械产品设计和故障诊断中的实际问题.在分析和综合基于粗糙集理论分明矩阵的简约算法基础上,结合决策表技术,在减速器故障诊断知识方面的应用领域进行了分析,通过实例证明该方法是可行的.Rough set theory and its related knowledge are applied for solving actual problems of mechanical product design and the malfunction diagnosis. On the basis of analyzing and synthesizing a reduction algorithm that is based on discernibility matrix of the Rough set theory, together with the decision table, the author analyzed the application of the reduction gear malfunction diagnosis. An instance of the application showed that the method and technology are feasible.
