摘 要:用免疫组织化学PAP法,在光镜水平观察了神经肽Y免疫反应性(NPY-IR)神经纤维和神经元在大鼠空肠壁内的分布。结果显示:NPY-IR神经纤维遍布肠壁各层;位于粘膜固有层内小肠腺之间的神经纤维交织成疏网状。NPY-IR神经元主要分布在粘膜下神经丛和肌间神经丛。粘膜内也可见NPY-IR神经元;紧贴粘膜肌的神经元有突起伸至粘膜肌和肠腺,位于小肠腺之间固有层内的神经元可伸出长突起至肠腺。对NPY-IR神经的起源及其对肠粘膜功能的调节作用进行了讨论。The distribution of NPY IR nerve fibers and cells in the jejunum of rat was studied by use of light microscopic immunohistochemical PAP method. The results showed that the NPY IR nerve fibers distributed in all tunica in the wall of the small intestine, and formed a woven network between the crypts of lieberkuhn in the lamina propria. NPY IR neurons were mainly seen in myenteric and submucous plexuses. We also found NPY IR neurons in the mucosa, some adjacent to muscularis mucosa arise processes to reach the muscularis mucosa, and the crypts, some between the crypts in the lamina propria have a long process toward the crypts. The origin and regulating role on intestinal mucosal function of the NPY IR nerves are also discussed.
