摘  要:使用煅烧-沥滤新工艺从粉煤灰中提取高纯氧化铝,探讨了活化过程中活化剂的选择、煅烧工艺等因素对粉煤灰活化过程的影响,结果表明:选用Na2CO3为活化剂,900℃下煅烧2h,粉煤灰被充分活化,可以制得晶型结构为α-Al2O3的纳米粉体,形态为类球状,平均粒径为30—50nm,纯度大于99·6%.该方法具有提取率高、能耗低、污染小、易于操作等优点.A novel sintering-leaching technology was used to process of activation was mainly studied in this paper. extract high-purity nano-alumina from fly ash, and the The effects of the kinds of activating agents and calcining technologies on the activating process were studied in the experiment according to investigating fly ash composition and structure. XRD, SEM, TEM and ICP were used to characterize the morphology, structure and purity of alumina. The results showed that the fly ash was activated efficiently using Na2CO3 as activating agent and calcining at 900℃ for 2h. The α-alumina with like-spherical and average diameter of 30-50nm powders was prepared, and the powder purity is higher than 99.6%. This technology is an ideal method of extracting alumina from fly ash, because of high extraction efficiency, low energy cost, little pollution and simple operation.
