金针菇遗传多样性初步分析

摘　　要：应用ISSR分子标记技术和金针菇的子实体形态特征,对59个金针菇菌株进行遗传多样性初步分析。应用ISSR方法可以将供试的金针菇菌株划分为14类,而依据金针菇子实体形态特征可以将它们划分为11类,2种分析结果基本一致。Inter Simple Sequence Repeat marker and morphological characteristics were adopted for analysing the genetic diversity of Flammulina velutipes strains. 59 Flammulina velutipes strains were grouped into 14 clusters by ISSR,and they were subdivided into 11 groups through the morphological characteristics. Two results of analysis were on the whole the same.
