摘  要:在采用子结构自由界面及固定界面的两类模态综合理论的基础上进行了以解决复杂结构全尺寸振动试验为目的的试验模态综合研究。通过子结构的试验过程,探讨了它的模态测试技术、试验数据分析处理方法,包括最佳测点间距的计算、从多测点中提取所需数据的回归法、获取振型转角数据的改进技术等。它较之以往进行的自由界面试验综合结果有了明显的稳定和进步。In this paper, the technique of experimental component mode synthesis (ECMS) was pro-ceeded to solve the problem of mode test for whole-scale complicated structures, based on the ECMS the-ory which using substructure's free modes and fixed-interface modes. By the procedure of substructure'sexperiment, the technique of mode test and the method of handling testdata were studied, it inc1uded themanner to calculate the fittest distance between measure points and the regression method to extract need-ed data from more points, it also included the echanced manner to obtain angles of mode shape, and so on.All these had made obvious stable progress comparing with the formly results by free-interface ECMSmethod.
