摘　　要：协同商务时代的到来,传统的ERP软件难以满足大型企业的信息需求。近年来,市场上对ERPII的炒作,使得人们对ERPII系统及其应用的认识产生了不少误区。在对ERP专家问卷调查的基础上,这里按照供给与需求两个方面和充分条件与必要条件的逻辑层次来对ERPII的应用条件进行分别论述,从而最终得出ERPII应用条件的总结论和企业实施ERPII的时机。With the age of collaborative commerce, the traditional ERP software is difficult to satisfy the large enterprises＇ information demands. In recent years, the puff of ERPⅡ in the market creates misunders tandings among people of the ERPⅡ and its application. On the basis of a questionnaire for ERP experts, this thesis classifies and analyzes the conditions from two aspects of supply and demand and logic about sufficient condition and necessary condition, and draws a conclusion on the application conditions of ERP Ⅱ system and the opportunities of ERPⅡ implementation in the enterprise.
