胃癌p27蛋白表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究p27蛋白表达与胃癌发生、发展、组织学类型及浸润转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化S—P法分别检测胃癌及正常胃粘膜中p27蛋白表达。结果p27在胃癌中高表达31%(20/64),与正常胃粘膜组织100%(10/10)相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。p27阳性表达与淋巴结转移、浸润深度及临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论①p27在胃癌的发生、发展中起重要的抑制作用。②p27蛋白低表达的胃癌更易发生淋巴结转移及肌层浸润。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of p27 protein and carcinogenesis, development, histological type, depth of invasion, lymphnode metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of p27 protein was examined by S--P in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mueosas, respectively. Results The positive rate of p27 protein expression was 31%（20/64） in gastric cancers which showed a significant difference from those of normal gastric mucosa （P〈0.05）. p27 expression might be related to lymphnode metastasis and depth of invasion and clinical stage in gastric carcinoma （P〈0.05）. Conclusions 1,p27 might play import suppressor role in the carcinogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma. 2. Gastric carcinoma with low expression of p27 might easy lead to lymphnode metastasis and muscularis invasion.
