三种充填材料修复楔状缺损的临床效果

摘　　要：目的选择比较理想的修复楔状缺损的材料。方法160例患者的510颗患牙随机分为3级组,分别用FX-Ⅱ型玻璃离子,Spectum光固化复合树脂和Dyract AP复合体修复楔状缺损,修复1、3年复查,观察临床疗效。结果修复后1、3年成功率分别为:FX-Ⅱ玻璃离子组83.77%、73.48%;Spectum光固化复合树脂91.93%、77.30%;Dyract Ap复合体93.13%、91.11%;术后1年Dgyact复合体组、Spectum光固化复合树脂,成功率高于FX-Ⅱ玻璃离子组,3年Dgyact复合体组成功率高于Spectum光固化复合树脂、FX-Ⅱ玻璃离子组(P<0.05)。结论Dgyact Ap复合体修复楔状缺损较于Spectum光固化复合树脂、FX-Ⅱ玻璃离子组临床效果较好。Objective To explore better materials for restoring dentat wedge-shaped defects. Methods 510 teeth in 160 case with. Wedge-shaped defects were randomly divided into three groups which were restored with FX-Ⅱ glass-ionomer, Spectum light-eared composite Resin and Dyract Ap eem. Respectively. Resuits The-year and 3-year-after-treatment-sueeessful rates of FX-Ⅱ glass-iononmer group were 83.77% and 73.48% respectively, the Sepctrum light-care composite resin group were 91.93% and 77.30% respectively, the Dyract Ap eem group 93.13% and 91.11%. the 1-year successful-rate of the Spectrum light-cared composite resin and the Dyract AP cem were hight than that of FX-Ⅱ glass-ionomer group. The 3-year-successful-ractes of the Dyract AP eem was higher than the Spectrum light-cared composite resin group and that of the glass- ionomer group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The curative effect of Dyract Ap eem is superior to FX-Ⅱ glass-ionomer and the Spectrum light-care composite resin for restoring dental wedge-shaped defects.
