摘　　要：有关酒店管理的文献可以分为酒店服务的内涵与外延、酒店企业经营管理、酒店企业服务质量、人力资源管理和海外投资战略等五个研究主题。在对相关文献进行评述的基础上,对酒店管理研究的主要观点、研究方法和未来可能的研究方向进行了归纳和评述。This review analyzes recent trends in the hospitality management literature. All papers located in this field are categorized into 5 distinct topics. Research in each of these areas is presented and linkages between the areas are reviewed. Concluding thoughts are offered relating to the pervasiveness, Methodologies, and levels of analysis of hospitality management research, as well as potential areas for future research.
