摘　　要：针对综合竞争力的规范、定量评价在企业管理效用提升中的重要性,建立了企业综合竞争力模糊综合评价的典型模型,从技术能力、研发与创新、赢利能力、企业成长能力、资产管理、企业战略、人力资源等方面阐述了评价过程中的模糊因素,建立了企业综合竞争力评价指标体系,给出了隶属函数及权重的确定方法,并对示例企业的综合竞争力进行了模糊评价,为企业综合竞争力定量化考核方法的设计提供了依据。The standardized ＆ quantitative evaluation for enterprises＇ comprehensive competitiveness is the important segment in enhancing the management effectiveness. The article establishes a typical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for enterprises＇ comprehensive competitiveness, introduces the fuzzy factors in the appraising process of technical capacity, R＆D and innovation, profitability, enterprise growth, asset management, corporate strategy and human resources. The evaluation index system and subordinate function and weight proportion are defined. An example of fuzzy evaluation for enterprises＇ comprehensive competitiveness is presented, which provides a basis for assessment design for quantitatively evaluating enterprise competitiveness.
