摘  要:高职生职业道德人格的培养是时代发展及高职生适应社会的需要。但学生缺乏道德人格培育的主动性、学校缺乏明确的具有可操作性的职业道德人格培养体系、社会缺乏科学的高技能人才职业道德人格培养发展平台则是目前高职生职业道德人格培养面临的主要问题。Cultivating vocational school students” professional morality and personality is the demand of the development of the times and the need of the promptly development of the society. The main problems of cultivating on vocational school students" professional morality and personality are as follows: the main body lacks the initiative of morality and personality cultivation, the school lacks explicitly the feasible system of cultivation on professional morality and personality, and the society lacks the scientific developing platform of cultivating professional moral personality of the talented experts with advanced skills.
