X 线监视下低张力食管拉网在诊断食管癌中的应用研究

摘　　要：从１９９２年１０月至１９９５年４月，我们对５８例食管癌常规拉网检查失败者应用改进后的食管细胞采集器在Ｘ线监视下应用低张方法行食管拉网细胞学检查，一次拉网阳性者５６例，占９６．６％，２次阳性２例，占３．４％，总成攻率为１００％。我们认为本方法有以下优点：①改进后的细胞采取器能在Ｘ线下监视操作，准确定位，并能增加导管的硬度，它能通过不同程度食管病变的狭窄，因此提高了细胞学检查的阳性率。②低张力检查方法能扩张、展平食管粘膜，有助检查成功，能够发现早期病变。From October 1992 to April 1995,We have examined 58 patients with esophageal cancer using modifier esophageal cytologic collector guided by X Ray low tension after failure in common cytologic inspection.There were 56 positive cases(96.3%)in one examination and 2 positive cases in two.The success rate was 100%.We thought that this method had two advantages below:1.Modified esophageal cytologic collector increased hardness of the tube and could pass through the stricture of various esohageal lesions,therefore,raised positive rate of cytologic examination.2.The method of low tension guided by X Ray might be fully distension and spread out mucosa of the esophagus and exposed lesions.It could correctly locate the lesions and helped successfully examination and find eraly lesions easily.
