摘　　要：本文报告１２０例原发性结外恶性淋巴瘤，占同期恶性淋巴瘤的２２．１５％。年龄４～７２岁，平均４６．８岁。扁桃体恶性淋巴瘤占本组的第一位（２３．３％），胃肠道占第二位（１９．２％）。临床表现无特异性，极易误诊，多须病理检查才能明确诊断。本病需要综合治疗，其中可手术病例以手术＋化疗效果最好，非手术病例以放疗＋化疗效果最好。预后与病期、病理类型及治疗方法关系密切，本组１、３、５年生存率分别为６９．２％、５３．３％及４２．５％。This essay reports 120 cases of original extranodal malignant lymphonia,constitute 22.15% of lymphonia malignant of corresponding period Age 4～72 years old,average 46.8 years old.Tonsilla malignant lymphonia constituted the most(23.3%) of these cases,the second was gastroenteric malignant lymphonia(19.2%).These cases had no distinctive clinical manifestation and easily been made erroneous diagnosis,most of them needed pathological diagnose.This disease needed synthesis treatment.Surgical cases needed operation and chemotherapy,non surgical cases needed chemotherapy and radiotherapy.The prognosis relied on stadium pathological type and treatment.The 1、3、5year survival rate of these cases were 69.2%、53.3% and 42.5%.
