多瑞吉联合伽玛刀治疗晚期难治性癌性疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察多瑞吉联合伽玛刀治疗晚期难治性癌性疼痛的临床疗效和不良反应。方法对50例难治性癌痛的晚期体部肿瘤患者给予多瑞吉及非甾体类药物,同时应用螺旋CT薄层扫描、定位,根据肿瘤性质、类型、部位等制订治疗计划后,进行体部伽玛刀治疗。主诉疼痛分级(VAS法)进行疼痛评定。结果疼痛有效缓解率[完全缓解(CR)+部分缓解(PR)]为96%。结论对晚期难治性癌性疼痛且吗啡类镇痛药不能耐受或出现不良反应时,多瑞吉联合伽玛刀不失为临床难治性癌痛姑息镇痛治疗的一种较好选择。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of dosing transdermal fentanyl （Durogesic） and body gamma knife on patients＇ refractory cancerous pain in advanced stage. Methods Fifty cases of advanced patients with vefracfory caacerous pain were given Dosing Transdermal Fentanyl and NSAIDs, at the same time, the tumors were slipscanned by helical CT and made suitable treating plans according to the character, style and location, the patients were treated by body gamma knife. Visual analogue scale were analyzed. Results The total remission rate（ CR ＋ PR）of pain were 96% after treatment. Conclusions For failure to remitting patients＇ refractory cancerous pain by morphine species or occurance of side effects, It is a preferable choice to use Dosing Transdermal Fentanyl （Durogesic） and body gamma knife for them.
