蛇毒抗栓酶Ⅲ号对肺心病急性发作期患者血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制物的影响

摘　　要：肺心病急性发作期患者所存在的高凝状态和纤溶机能低下能使原发病加剧，甚至可引起多系统脏3功能衰竭。蛇毒抗栓酶Ⅲ号具有良好的抗凝、溶栓及降低血液粘稠度作用，有利于纠正高凝状态和纤溶机能失衡本文对30例住院肺心病患者随机分成蛇毒组（15例）和对照组（15例）。两组患者均给予常现抗感染，祛痰，平喘，低流量吸氧，利尿及解控等治疗。蛇毒组每天加用蛇毒抗栓酶Ⅲ号1单位溶于10％葡萄糖250ml静滴共10无结果表明：蛇毒组部分缓解所需天数明显少于对照组（3．5±1．7天比5．1±22天，P＜0．01），组织型纤溶酶原激活物（tPA）和6－酮－前列环素（6－K－PGF_(1α)）含量明显高于对照组（P＜0．01，P＜0．01）。提示蛇毒抗栓酶可能通过提高tPA及6－K－PGF_(1α)含量纠正高凝状态和纤溶功能低下，使基础治疗更好地发挥作用。The hypercoagulability and low fibrinolysis function in patients with cor pulmonale at acute attackphase may make primary disease aggravate and even cause multiple system organ failure. Snake venom antithrom-botic enzyme-3 (Svate-3) has good anticoagulative and thrombolytic effects, and can also reduce blood visosity thuscorrecting hypercoagulability and fibrinolysis imbalance. In this article, 30 patients with cor pulmonale at acute at-tack phase were at random divided into Svate-3 group (15cases) and control group (15cases). All the patients intwo groups were given routine treatment of anti-infection, expectorant, antiasthma, low flow oxygen inhalation,diaresis and apas molysis- In Svate-3 group, besides routine treatment, 1 unit Svate-3 di1uted by 10% glucose 250ml was given by intravenously drips once daily for 10 days. The results showed thar after the treatment in Svate-3 group, the days needed for partial remission were obviously less than that in control group (3. 5±1. 7days vs 5.1± 2. 2 days, P<0. 01). The contents of tPA and 6-k-PGF,.were obviously higher than that in c6ntrol group (P<0. 01; P<0.01). It suggested that Svate-3 could correct hypercoagulability and improve fibrinolysis function byraising the contents of tPA and 6-k-PGF, so that basal treatment can play its role better.
