摘 要:以7个美国扁桃品种和2个中国扁桃品种的花被为材料,测定不同低温胁迫环境条件下扁桃花被外渗液的相对电导率,研究美国扁桃花器官的抗寒性.结果表明,(1)不同品种花被之间相对电导率有显著差异,各供试品种按花被外渗液的相对电导率从小到大依次排序为Nonpareil、Garden price、All-in-one genetic semi-dwarlf、Prince、纸皮、Black butte、Neplus、鹰嘴、Mission;(2)不同开度花被之同相对电导率有显著差异,不同开放程度花被按相对电导率从小到大依次排序为未开、半开、全开;(3)不同低温胁迫环境下,扁桃花被外渗液的相对电导率差异显著,全开花的花被从-1.5℃开始,相对电导率出现上升趋势,未开花的花被从-4.5℃开始,相对电导率出现上升趋势.Taking 7 varieties in America and 2 varieties in China as materials, relative electric conductances of effusion from perianth cells are determined at different low temperatures, in order to research coldness resistance of flower in almond. The results show that the differences of relative electric conductances between different varieties are significant, and the consequence from low to high is as Nonpareil, Garden price, All-in-one genetic semi-dwarlf, Prince, CZP, Black butte, Neplus, CYZ, Mission; the differences of ones between flowers of different opening degree are significant, the consequence from low to high is as no opening, half opening, full openings the differences of ones are significant at different low temperatures, and it in full opening flower become to rise from -1.5℃, so aloes it in no opening flower from -4.5℃.
