摘 要:首先对双机械端口电机进行了简单的介绍,分析了采用传统的建模方法存在着忽略2个气隙磁场耦合问题,提出一种考虑耦合的精确系统建模方法。接着以永磁-永磁型双机械端口电机为例进行了系统建模:首先根据绕组函数理论推导了这种电机在abc坐标系下的电感矩阵,得出abc坐标系下气隙耦合的数学模型;进而得到同步旋转坐标系下的数学模型。接着从能量的角度出发,推导了2个机械端口的转矩公式。最后,用仿真对传统模型和新模型进行了比较,结果证明新模型的准确性,同时看到内外2个气隙磁场的耦合对系统造成的影响不可以忽略。A novel dual mechanical ports electric machine (DMPM) is presented firstly, which is a special motor with two mechanical ports and two air gaps. Then the disadvantage of traditional model of DMPM is analyzed without considering the magnet coupling between two air gaps, which will affect the performance greatly. Consequently a novel modeling scheme is presented and a model of Permanent Magnet DMPM is deduced. First, the inductance matrix of the motor is calculated in the natural frame, based on which the model of the special motor is obtained in the synchronous reference frame. Then, the simulations are carried on the new model and traditional model. The results prove that the two models have great difference, so the magnet couple of two air gaps cannot be neglected.
