摘 要:运用模态综合技术,建立了计及轻便型摩托车身弹性的具有10个自由度的整车“刚弹”组合力学模型;同时,为了检验车体弹性对整车振动的贡献,又建立了一个不计车体弹性的具有5个自由度的整车“刚刚”组合力学模型.借助于这2种模型,通过对整车的随机振动响应分析,讨论了车身弹性对整车频率结构及人体响应的贡献;通过道路实验,对所建计算模型的可行性进行了验证与分析。In this paper, a modal synthesis method is used to found a ten DOF(degree of freedom) and rigid-elastic mechanical model for the whole body of motor,which takes in account the elasticity of trail bike.And another five DOF and rigid rigid mechanical model is also constructed,which does not take in account the elasticity of the bodywork.By using these models and the response analysis to the random vibration of the whole motor,a discussion about the contribution which the elasticity of the bodywork gives to the frequency structure of the whole motor and to the response of the motorist is developped.By the road experiments, the practicability of the computation model is analyzed and proved.It provides a theoretical basis to the dynamic analysis and optimizing design of the trail bike.
