托吡酯添加治疗儿童癫痫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：评价托吡酯（TPM）联合用药治疗儿童癫痫的疗效及安全性。方法：对72例儿童癫痫采用病例自身对照临床实验。进行个体用药观察。TPM的起始剂量为0．5-1．0mg／（kg．d），加量1次／5-7天，剂量为0．5-1．0mg／（kg．d），目标剂量为4-8mg／（kg．d）。结果：TPM添加治疗后3个月，总有效率为75．00％；6个月总有效率为83．33％；12个月总有效率为84．72％。结论：TPM联合用药治疗儿童癫痫有效率较高，是一种安全性好，不良反应轻的治疗方法。Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of combine Topiramate （TPM） in patients with children epilepsy. Methods 72 patients were given TPM 0.5-1.0mg/kg once a day, increasing dose 0.5-1mg/kg.d （1 weeks）, the targeted dosage was 4-8mg/（kg.d） TPM. Results Increasing TMP after 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, the above three indexes the significaant effective rate was 75% ,83.33% ,84.72%. There was significant difference after 3 months and 6 months （ P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference after 6 months and 12 months （ P〉 0.05）. Conclusion combining TPM is an effective and safe therapy for treatment of epilepsy.
