摘　　要：目的:总结胃肠道癌切除术后切口种植复发灶的治疗经验。方法:回顾分析胃肠道癌切除术后切口种植复发6例。结果:胃癌术后3例,盲肠、乙状结肠及直肠各1例。结论:进行根治性肿瘤切除手术应严格遵守无瘤技术,可有效地防止癌细胞的种植复发。Objective To sum up the treatment experience of the incision planter recurs after the gastro-intestihal tract cancer excision.Methods The incision planter recurred cancer in 6 cases after the gastro-intestinal tract cancer excision were retrospectively analyzed from sep. 1987 to Feb.2005.Results the incision planter recurred cancer occurred after operation, 3 cases of the stomach cancer, 1 case of cecal cancer, 1 case of sigmoid cancer and 1 case of rectum cancer Conclusion The non-lump technology should be observed in carrying on the tumor excision, it can effectively prevente the cancer cell plantation and recurrence.
