摘　　要：本文着重阐述了福建省如何因地制宜地制定全省有线电视联网传送方案，成功地实现全省有线电视联网，并推动联网向乡、镇发展和延伸的实践和思考；以及联网所取得显著的经济效益和社会效益，也为网络升级改造和最终建成全省高效、交互式的广播电视宽带传输网络奠定了坚实的物质和经济基石出。This article mainly illustrates the successful implementation of cable TV network construction in accordance with Fujian's local conditions, plannlng first. then building, and then extending towards countles and towns. which has not only achieved great economical and social benefits. but also set up a solid basis for future network upgrading. All these presents us an enchanting picture of the final construction of an efficient, interactive, wideband program transmitting network in this province.[
