摘　　要：为培养具有扎实操作技能的护理专业学生,该院在上海市教委的大力支持下,建立了护理实践教学中心计算机辅助管理系统。该系统包括护理教学支持系统、网上实践教学中心管理系统、网上护理教学资源管理系统,具备支持流媒体教学、测评、学习管理和教学、实践设施等功能。该系统在丰富护理实践教学的内容、延伸护理实践教学管理的内涵、将传统的护理实践教学模式转换成一个新型的数字化护理实践教学模式的同时,实现了数字化管理。To foster students with solid practicai skills, a computer-based supple- mentary administrative system was established in the nursing practical teaching center under the support of Shanghai educational committee. This system includes nursing educational support system, web-based administrative system of practical teaching center and web.based administrative system of nursing educational resources, having the functions of supporting stream media teaching assessment, study management and practice. This system could enrich the content of nursing practieai teaching, expand the connotation of nursing practical teaching administration and change traditional nursing practical teaching model to a new digital nursing practical teaching model. At the same time, it makes digital administration to reality.
