摘　　要：选举在人们日常生活中会经常遇到。但是对选票进行计算机处理的研究工作则是近些年开展的。本文介绍了智能票箱对选票上信息符号位的识别和处理方法。Election is popular in our daily life , but it is recently years that the reaserch of computer dealing votes has been develuped . This paper introduced the identdication and dealing to the information sign bit on the vote by the intelligent vote box.
