摘　　要：本文概括了重庆医科大学临床检验诊断学研究生教育从创建到发展20年来,在学科建设、人才培养模式和质量监控体系等方面的探索和改革实践。初步形成了符合我国国情的现代检验医学研究生培养体系。This article contains the explorations and reforms of the postgraduate education in diagnostics of clinical laboratory on its discipline development, cultivation of talents and quality supervision which last for 20 years. Now the system of cultivation of postgraduates of modem laboratory medicine corresponds with the situation of our country has formed.
