组织网络对实现残疾人康复服务的影响

摘　　要：为了解上海市残疾人康复相关组织机构的建设和运行状况。根据《上海市残疾人"人人享有康复服务"评价指标体系》,采用综合评价法,对6个区残疾人康复工作进行评价。研究发现组织网络实现率为77.6%,技术服务、管理和服务网络的实现率分别为92.6%、82.9%和69.0%。因此,应加强残疾人康复服务网络、规范基层残疾人管理网络建设,加大社区精神残疾康复机构建设力度。To find out the current situations on the construction and function of the rehabilitation institutions in Shanghai, an expert appraisal method was applied according to the first - degree index - organization networks of ＂the Evaluation Index System of Rehabilitation Service for All Disabled in Shanghai＂. The fulfilling rate of the first - degree index is only 77.6 %, the fulfilling rates of technology,management and service networks are 92.6% ,82.9% and 69,0% respectively. In order to improve rehabilitation service, the service networks should be enhanced, the psychosis disabled daytime cares should be promoted.
